Family Time...

Family is always a blast to be with!  No matter what you do they will always love you!  I have some crazy Aunts and Cousins but love them with all my heart!  I wish we lived closer so we could see you more.

So here some pictures of all my fun times with the family this past summer!!!  My Great Grandma is 103 yes 103!!!  My grandparents celebrated their 58th anniversary and are doing well and my Aunts and cousins are all good!!

A Day at the Beach...

This past August we always take our annual trip up to Quincy/Bay Area.  I didn't get to have as much time as I normally do since I am working now but we somehow managed to squeeze it all in!  The boy's love going there for our little get away.  What is better than staying at Grandma & Grandpa's house getting spoiled, doing chores they can not do here in Vegas and of course the Fair!! Oh and don't forget Smokey Bear!!!  I have amazing Family & Friends that always come to Q-Town to visit with us and share our special time.  This year my Parents took the boys for a week before I came up to Quincy. It was pretty cute, My Dad had a week of watching the boys all day with a little help from Auntie Kelley!  They did some adventures got Grandpa to buy them some toys.  As soon as Grandma got off work she had fun with taking them to the fair.

So while we were down in the bay this year we decided to take the boys to Half Moon Bay for the day to play in the sand and waves!!  The water was a little chilly but it did not stop the boys from getting wet and having fun. We even got to see a Doberman pincher playing on the beach!  Below are some high lights of our day at the beach.

Pumpkin Patch 2012

I know it has been a long time since I have updated my Blog!!!  I have been one busy Momma since August.  Between my Vacation, work and having something to do every weekend it has been Craziness!  I think I am going to try and do what my cousin Melissa does and do a once a week update!     So I have a lot to put on my blog so i will start from newest to oldest!!

A couple of weekends ago I took the boys to a REAL pumpkin patch.  We have an orchard down the street from us and a couple of my girlfriends and I took the kiddos.  It was fun searching for our pumpkins in the fields.  I wanted to get some onions while I was there however they were out :(  Here is some pictures having fun.

Colin's 8th Birthday Party...

I know I am so behind on here, but this working Mommy stuff is hard stuff!!  But better late than never I guess!

So this year Colin's Party was very laid back!  Mommy did not too much or go over board at all!! I love my party planning, but he is getting to the age he just wants to play with his friends and have Cake and Presents. So he picked a Batman theme (if you want to call it a theme).  I found cute batman plates and cup and balloons however I couldn't find a cake.  So I stuck to the Super Hero Theme for the cake and he got Advengers!  It was a jammed packed weekend as the Sat. was his party at the Bowling Ally and on Sun. was my Best Friends Son's 3rd B-day party at Chucky Cheese. So it was a very busy weekend for us.  So below are some of the pictures.

Mommy's New Adventure...

So I have been a stay at home Mom now for 5 years!  Wow I was super lucky to be able to do that, but the time has come that this Momma goes back to work and have some adult time!!  After I came back from New Mexico I decided that I wanted to go back to work if the price was right!  So after 1 week of shopping for the perfect job I GOT ONE!!!  I start work Monday at Lawyers Title Company in the Short Sale Department!  I am super excited and can not wait!  My boys are going to be going to this great daycare that is certified for pre-school & Kindergarten.  Colin is in Summer Camp, so he gets to go have fun on field trips and such, once school starts he will be going to Safe Key at the school (saves us $$).  Andrew gets to be in a class that does a lot of great activities.  He is very excited to be going to School!  I just wanted to share the great exciting news with everyone!

June is coming to an end...

I can not believe that June is almost over!  We had a pretty busy one this year.   I have attached some highlights of the month that I have captured.

New Mexico Trip Highlights...

To start off our Summer of 2012 we took a trip to Los Almos, NM to see my Grandparents, Aunt, Uncle and Cousins!!  We had a nice trip!  It had been years since I had been there and a first for my Mom and boys!  So we started off with going Down Town for a night of music and fun!  But the band was Jazz which was kinda putting us to sleep music!!  The next day we headed down town again for some more fun!  Sunday was one of my favorite days a trip to Bandelier National Park  The boys enjoyed the hike!  Monday was spent in Santa Fe with Auntie Missy & Lindsay, once again went to one of my favorite places Loretto Chapel!!  Dinner that night with everyone at their favorite Mexican Restaurant.   Tuesday we had to say good-bye to Lindsay but before she left we had to have the famous Chili Works Burrito's!!!  Auntie Missy then took us to the Science Museum, picked out some goodies, went and had lunch at the Pond and fed the ducks.  It was a great trip and great to see everyone!!

Movie night on the Lawn at Colin's School...

To kick start the month of June off was so much fun.  Colin received another award in the morning and to top off the evening had Movie night on the lawn at his school!  Now showing Cars 2  It was a long night and a very hot one at that being only 107 degrees!  We got there at 6:30pm they had games that the kids could play and win prizes, Snow Cones and Popcorn for sale!!  We ordered a pizza and ate dinner on the lawn!  We probably didnt start the movie until around 8:30pm by 9:30pm Peanut was sleeping!!

Today Colin got another Citizenship Award for taking the initiative to the first step toward accomplishing a goal!  I am one Proud Momma this is his 2nd one for the year!  He has gotten 1 every year so far since we started school 3 years ago!  Keep up the Great Work Colin

Backyard Fun...

So this is our first house that we have grass and we are really enjoying our backyard!!  I was a little scared that we might of killed our grass this winter however a little fertilizer and now it is super green and doing great!!  So we not only play in the sprinkler and pool, we get to play baseball, guns soccer and all the fun stuff!

Peanut's 4th B-day Bash...

So this year I decided to have Andrew's Party early!  He was so excited to have a bounce house in "Our backyard" and to see what all his friends brought him!!!  We had a special guest this year, Andrea Buddenbrock one of my best friends from high school came to spend the weekend with us!  Our John Cena Bash was a success!  The kids loved the bounce house and having a water fight outside!  We want to thank everyone that made his birthday party such a great day for him!  We love all of you so much!

Mothers Day

This Mother's Day was a very relaxing one for us.  We just went to our park and played in the water splash pad and had a blast!  The weather was so nice, not too hot!!  After that we came home eat lunch and let the boys play in the sprinklers!  I hope everyone enjoyed their Mother's Day!!  Next up Andrew's Birthday Party on Sat!!!

Sneak Peak of Andrew's B-day Theme...

So most of you know that Andrew is a big WWE fan and a Huge fan of John Cena!!  So what better to do a WWE John Cena b-day party!!!  He is so excited and can not wait!  So I have already ordered his very cute invitations, I found some great party supplies and what better to top it off with a Bounce house!!!  This is going to be a rumble that you are not going to want to miss!!

Spring Break 2012...

This last Spring Break was a nice fun and relaxing one for us.  Auntie Jean came and joined us for some fun this year!  To start it off the boys really wanted a Soccer ball so we went and got them a cool soccer ball and small net well of course we needed to go play with that but not just at any park they wanted to go to the High School and play lol and so we did it was a pretty windy day when we went so I had to hold our net down but they ran and ran and ran!!!  Speaking of running they then decided they wanted to run track!  So they got in position and ready, set GO they were off Andrew was going strong and Colin was doing great!  Well Colin ran 3 whole laps and Andrew ran 1!!!  I might have some runners on my hands!  Then one day Corey, Jean and I took the boys to the Kids Discovery Lied Museum they had a blast!  Andrew loved fixing the car and playing in the airplane, Colin loved the airplane as well but had a blast on stage changing costumes!  The day before Easter our Park hosted SPRING FLING and we tried to break the world record of how many people wore bunny ears, and they had lots of local vendors there to hand out goodies and let us know what is in our area!  They had games the kiddos could play too.  My bestie Brandi and her family came along with us and they had a blast!  The other days we just made lots of goodies for Easter and couldn't wait for the Easter bunny to come!! Almost Easter Bunny time...

So here it is April 1st and in one week its Easter!!!  I must say I am not prepared for this Holiday at all!  It came way too early this year.  But we are super excited because this will be our 1st Easter with Auntie Jean!!  It is our first one in the new House and super excited because our lovely Community is putting on a Spring Fling the day before at our Park!!  We hope everyone has a great Easter and we will take lots of pictures!!

a little bit of work= A Lot of Fun...

This past weekend I had my 2nd Scentsy Party!  My theme for this one was "Express Yourself" I named it that for 2 reasons, 1. Picking your Scentsy items out you Express Yourself!  2. I did a Photo Booth with some crazy fun props I made!  At first the girls were a little hesitant however they came around and we had a blast!  My two boys and my friends little girl Kasia had to come in and take one picture then back to playing lol  Here are a few of my favorite ones I will post what they looked like before I edited them so you get an idea of what we did!
